Refund and Return Policy

At OM Imports, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns:
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Please include any accessories or free gifts that came with the product.

2. Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of its receipt. We will then update you on the status of your refund after the inspection. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.

3. Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, but we will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item.

4. Return Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned. Please check the product details at checkout for non-returnable items.
